Hey, Paul, I know it’s out of your usual area, but the Chesterfield Wine Festival, just south of Richmond, is also on that date. I’ve been two or three times now — it’s on the grounds of the old Chesterfield Courthouse with plenty of parking, lots of trees and shade, and plenty of places to sit if you don’t mind doing so on the steps of various buildings. The website is http://www.chesterfieldchamber.com/Celebration_of_the_Vine_Wine_Festival.shtml
